About Sunspeak

Sunspeak is an AAC app designed for everyone who needs it: children, teenagers, and adults. You can customize boards, buttons, and voices to fit each person.

We believe communication matters, and that the tools that support it should respect both the people using them and the people supporting them.

Our name and logo are inspired by the sunflower lanyard, a widely recognized symbol in the UK for people with invisible disabilities, including autism.

Intuitive by design

A focused interface that's easy to pick up and adapt, so the user can concentrate on communicating.

For everyone

Suitable for any age. Fully customizable so caregivers and users can tailor it to their own needs and preferences.

Private

By default, nothing is sent to the server. Sync is opt-in. Usage data stays on your device, and you can disable it entirely.

Open to feedback

Sunspeak is actively shaped by feedback from users and caregivers. Use Send feedback in Settings to share bugs and ideas, optionally with an email for a reply.
